Our company uses the most advanced tooth inspection equipment from Switzerland and the spiral error tester developed by our own measuring instrument department. The high precision inspection equipment ensures high precision hobs. Meanwhile, due to the continuous improvement of manufacturing process, we gradually get rid of the limitation of equipment on modulus. At present, our company produces small hobs with a minimum modulus as M0.05.
● Complete substrate materials.Our company has been committed to self-development of various carbide materials, so we have a wide selection of hobbing substrate materials, and can choose different materials according to different processing requirements of customers.
